For our natural lots the whole cherry is sorted and laid out on raised beds, where our team turns it by hand throughout the day and covers it at night until it reaches the right moisture.

Because every lot is either processed at our own station or at one of our vertically integrated sites, buyers know exactly where each bag comes from.
